Cindy Colla Project Management Officer

Cindy Colla joined IDSS in August 2008. Her background spans 8 years involvement in development projects in Cambodia, as well as project management assignments of major water and sanitation projects in Australia. Cindy's role at IDSS involves project management and support of the RWSSP, which ranges from capacity building of the East Timor Ministry of Infrastructure to delivering water supply and sanitation to village communities.

Cindy speaks English and Khmer.

 Adriana Gallagher Recruitnment Consultants

Adriana has been working as a Recruitment Consultant within the Aurecon Group since February 2008, and has recently joined the IDSS team.  She is a qualified HR Professional with specialised recruitment and HR operations experience across a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Health, Mining, Professional Services and Automotive.  She has a strong record of delivering against her objectives and has a passion for providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships.

Natasha Jones  Project Management Officer

Natasha joined IDSS in October 2006. She has a Bachelor of International Business Marketing and over a decade of experience in tendering and project management of international aid funded projects. Her experience includes bid preparation, research and site visits, marketing, project and contract administration. Natasha has recently managed several projects in China and is currently responsible for supporting the ACCESS 2 team and project in Indonesia.

Marc Kron  Senior Program Manager

After 20 years in the humanitarian sector, Marc Kron joined IDSS at the beginning of July 2008. He has a background in education, community and youth work and has been a Melbourne-based international projects manager since 1996. Marc has assisted health project implementation in Cambodia (1996-99), coordinated HIV programs in the Mekong sub region of Asia (1999-2005) and has provided technical advice into project design (2006-2008). He has a professional interest in improving monitoring and management systems and a personal interest in quality outcomes for developing communities. 

Marc infuses our workspace with a much appreciated and needed calm.

Ginia Muliatun Project Accountant

Ginia joined IDSS in Feb 2008, and works out of the Connell Wagner Indonesia (CWI) office in Jakarta. She has a Bachelor of Accounting qualification and professional experience as an senior auditor in a public accounting firm and as an accountant in both Australian and Indonesian steel companies. She also has worked as an analyst in the global steel industry.

Ginia speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.

David Mullany Finance Manager

David is a Chartered Accountant and has qualifications in business and applied Science. He has over 15 years experience with INGOs as well as commercial business experience. He has worked with CARE Australia, Australian Red Cross and World Vision (Australia and International) mainly in finance positions at head office and number international field locations.

David has been involved in the implementation a wide range of government, multilateral and privately funded projects for both the relief and development contexts.

Caroline Parkes Learning & Development Manager

Caroline Parkes has over 20 years of experience as a manager of learning and development programs and projects.  She has been involved in all aspects of learning design, management, delivery and measurement.  She has worked as a state manager for a Registered Training Organisation within Australia, with clients including government, non-government, private and public enterprises.  Caroline's expertise is in leadership development and brings an ability to identify the most effective learning methodology to each learning requirement.  She is able to diagnose issues and design and develop interventions which allow for successful outcomes.  Caroline is driven by the desire to see individuals and organisations reach their potential through the skills, knowledge and capability development of those involved.

Atiq Rahman Project Manager

Atiq commenced working for IDSS in September 2004. Prior to joining IDSS, he worked for Australian High Commission in Bangladesh and later for Asia Society AustralAsia Centre in Melbourne. Atiq has postgraduate qualifications in International Relations (Masters of Social Science from University of Dhaka) and Development Studies (Master of Arts from University of Melbourne).

Atiq managed IDSS' highly acclaimed Professional Development Program for four years before moving on to project management role. He is currently serving as the IDSS Project Manager for the AusAID funded Indonesia Australia Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (IAFCP). Atiq also has experience in managing ADB funded projects in the Pacific.

Romy Soesanto Finance Manager

Romy commenced work for IDSS in August 2004. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, he migrated to Australia in 1997. With a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) qualification from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta and a Master of Finance from RMIT, Melbourne, Romy provides critical support to IDSS as Finance Manager. He has previously worked in commercial finance and accounting.

He is the also the company’s best badminton player.

Corey Williams Project Support Officer

Corey joined IDSS in March 2008 and has recently completed a Master in International Development and Environmental Analysis at Monash University.  Corey has made himself an integral part of the team by taking a coordination role in Business Development as well as managing DFID and AusAID project bids.

In addition to supporting the IDSS business, Corey is a mad Hawthorn supporter and budding surfer.

Corey speaks English, Spanish and Japanese.

Yang Yu Project Leader

Yang is an experienced project leader and brings valuable experience in cross-cultural and program/project management to IDSS. His professional expertise ranges from program/project management to operation systems/quality assurance and auditing. Yang has worked with a number of international development agencies including AusAID and ADB and he has worked in several countries throughout Asia and the Pacific.Yang has an active interest in environmental governance and operation process.

Yang speaks English and Mandarin.
