IDSS provides services at all stages of the program and project cycle:

• Project identification, design and feasibility;
• Project management, implementation and risk management; and
• Monitoring, review and evaluation.

Our services in program management are built on 20 years of experience in the following areas:

• community development – the development and implementation of participatory approaches for communities, to develop their capacity to advocate for and receive basic services;
• capacity building – building skills, knowledge, systems and processes for individuals, communities, organisations and governments; and
• monitoring and evaluation - promoting continuous learning through participatory approaches in evaluation.
